I am looking for some software that will allow me to take pics thru the computer, with a camera, kinda like the set up they have, to take pictures of santa in the mall.

any help would be awesome, I know there s something out there.

I believe they use a webcam (available in various qualities and options). Many software applications available, what OS and what do you want to do?
