PrimeFilm 3600U film scanner

I've downloaded the Software. From the disc and from Vuescan site. Yet, my PC does not recognize it. When I go into devices and click on the USB film scanner, it says that I need WIA driver.

I've used this scanner before, perhaps with older Windows XP system. Is it my Windows 7 system that is messing me up? How do I get WIA driver?
