Hello I am very new to this forum but desperately need help.
I have a Nikon FE who's shutter does not seem to work. I have tested the camera on bulb mode as well as m90 and both of those work, however any other setting, the shutter does not open. I have tested and replaced the batteries and confirmed that the batteries are not the problem.
I have also found that any of the modes work as long as I am holding down the battery check switch. When this is held down and I press the capture button the shutter stays open as long as the battery check is held down.
Any help with this problem would be much appreciated. Thanks!
