I own an Olympus 500 digtal camera. I am trying to take high school wrestling pictures. Problem is fast action low light. What settings should I be shooting. I have a 70-300mm or a 40-150mm lense as options.
I know it may not be the cheapest option, but find a lens with a high aperture. I am a wedding photographer and run into similar problems, I have both 1.8 and 2.8 lenses. That eliminates a lot of your issues.
