Hello my friends. Greetings from Colombia. I have an Epson V100 scanner that has worked perfectly until now. The problem I'm having is that when I preview the negative to scanned, use histogram etc., it just won't scan. I click on the "scan!icon and nothing happens. I restarted the PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the Epson software to no avail. Check the screen print. You can see that the scan icon does not show it is ready to work. What am I doing wrong?
